Let your customers do the talking

- Of course I’m going to say Talkies is a good operator. But would you believe me? You would if somebody else said so.
When customers ponder your claims, they need verification, which they don’t believe they can get from you, because you’re not perceived as objective.
Conventional marketing communication is almost irrelevant to this phase of consumer decision making, as verification demands an experience-delivery mechanism. By using the power of satisfied customers businesses hasten the speed of experience gathering and verification. Getting attention will get you some of the way. But going all the way requires getting talked about by the people who know.
Talkies put the idea to the New Zealand Herald.
